Shipmente: recommended vs. not recom.

Little question;

I have given my products all the same weight (0.2 kg), now I want

to set the shipment prices, not in terms of weight, but in terms

of how to ship them.

I want to give the customers the possibility to choose either normal shipment

or assured shipment.

Does anyone know how to set this up?
