paypal express error

Hi,

i use the paypal express checkout for first time and become the follow error:

I have download the key file and upload to pear directory, the directory and sub folders have permission 777.

Where i found pear.php ?

If i need an link from provider where must i set this link?

I use CC3.05

now i ask the provider there is no install of pear :-( is the an other way to use this module?
