Quick question -- my company is looking for an all-in-one app, which can provide Customer Account Mgmt - i.e. email marketing, reporting, invoicing etc. -- and of course sync'd up with a robust front end cart. It appears CC is pretty powerful for the front end, but since the Admin demo isn't available, I cant be sure it includes all of the order/customer mgmt features we are looking for. So Im wondering, does anyone know if CC is compatible with any of the OS CRM apps, i.e. SugarCRM or vTiger? Thanks for any assistance you can provide. roban Posted January 29, 2006 Share Posted January 29, 2006 They would have to be run as independent applications. CC has not been integrated as CC is NOT open source. The CC backend manages customers, orders, products, categories and home page. There are no calendar, scheduling or contact database functions. Having said that, I suppose extreme modifications could be made to include such functionality but none so far. Joomla/Virtuemart might be more of what you are looking for.
