Guest amsterdam Posted June 2, 2006 Share Posted June 2, 2006 Hi I have noticed recently that my stock levels are not being reduced after a purchase.I also had a problem with emails not being sent after a purchase was made,this was because I was not using a payment cart,Could this be the same problem with the stock change. convict Posted June 2, 2006 Share Posted June 2, 2006 Well, order status with Print order form gateway goes to Pending anyway. Confirmation email goes to buyer if Order status is Processing, Stock change too. No email, no stock change if order status is Pending.
