Thanks in advance I'm not sure if you can do that just for shipping though. But, use your FTP and find lang.inc.php in the en(if your site is english only) folder in languages. then look for this code: 'amount_capped' => "Sorry but we cannot dispatch orders over our current stock level.<br />The quantity of this item has been capped to", 'na' => "n/a", change "n/a", to "whatever you wish", (maybe change it to "To follow",) ?
