Something is happening that is saying you are not logged in (Hence, you are given the login screen). Can you post up your configuration here (Removing any passwords), so we can take a look? I was having this problem particularly with subdomain installations, until Brooky fixed it. In the mean time, try uploading your admin folder to your web server (Assuming your Mods don't affect any Admin files).
