Guest NorthernWC
Hi, I've updated files and enabled the spam boot control on my site. However, when I tested it - without filling out the 'control box' code - it went through as normal, stating that the message was sent to the name entered. Did not receive it though (and no 'error message' was displayed on the site...), so it's 'somewhat' working as it should. ,-) Tested it again, filled out the control code, went through - and received the email. So that part's working alright. Came to think about this: 1) Would it not be an idea to have an error message displayed when the actual customer/visitor 'missed' to fill out the 'control code' box? On the Tell-A-Friend site, below the SEND-button, 2) Would it not be an idea to have displayed a GENERAL ADVICE, NOTICE - or SPAM-WARNING, if you'd like, and have the actual visitor's/customers IP address displayed? If you - or anyone, could get a 'fix for this problem' it would be highly appreciated. In advance, Thank You! All the best, NorthernWC ;-)
