Robsta
How can I import my existing osCommerce products into my cubecart database? At the moment there is no definate migration process from osC.
Guest Brivtech
My suggestion would be to create a CSV dump from the OS Commerce store, find the like fields, amdn them, then upload them using a CSV import MOD (Available from cubecart.org). Unfortunately, this will be a reasonably technical process. Perhaps it would be a good idea if someone came up with some conversion formats that could work with the CSV import mods? ;)
roban
There is a converter that converts CC to OSC but that was back in the days of version 2. You might check at OSC forums cause that's where I found it. Unfortunately I no longer have it.

roban
I think he wants it the other way around. I realize that. My post was just to say that there has been some work done on it.
Guest
Brivtech, I'd considered adding some predefined import "templates" so to speak, but don't have a database layout for any of the other carts. I won't rule it out as a possibility down the road a bit. I'd think OSC, Zen, and perhaps one or two others would be good. The hairy part is converting product options and such that aren't built the same way between software packages. ;)
