jerseyjoe Posted September 1, 2006 Share Posted September 1, 2006 When I posted the brief tutorial on how to install a demo CubeCart (and any other programs like it) onto a thmb drive (or any similar device including a laptop) at: http://www.cubecart.com/site/forums/index....showtopic=10592 I wasn't tihnking far enough ahead. At the time I had not yet created a real CC so the concept of installing a demo was limited to a start from scratch, a new installation which also involves a new dtatabase. Now that I have 5 stores and expect to have a few more shortly - and now that I'm packing for a 6 week trip to parts of the world where I may not have Internet access - I want to be able to demo a few o my actual stores. But now the challenge is how to grab a copy of a fully populated Db for an existing store and associate it with a downloaded copy of the store that I've installed on the laptop? Suggestions?
