Guest CorneroftheAttic Posted September 15, 2006 Share Posted September 15, 2006 Has anyone had customers reporting back to them that Paypal is bombarding them with emails saying that they haven't signed up properly? When I tested, I had a choice, I could sign up for my own paypal account, or I could just put my details in and pay for the product I wished to order. Our other testers have found that when they used the Pay now option without signing up, they have received email after email asking them to sign up correctly. I'd have to assume that if they've paid for the product successfully, then the payment went through paypal successfully. Paypal are a step away from being dropped as our payment processor, and missing out on a lucrative bicycle business. Anyone else encountered this?
