where do I put this banner code?

Can anyone help I need to add this code to the home page of the website, its a banner rorator which was made wth my CPanel I want to put it at the bottom of the page but dont know how to do this as I do not know nothing about codes etc, would be really greatful if any one could help me, heres the code:

Nothing!!, when I get the code from my CPanel it does say this:

Add the following tag to the page where you want the banners to appear on:

Make sure you save your page with an .shtm or .shtml extension!

You cannot use this code on cubecart pages as they are php pages and not .shtm or .shtml. You should look for a php banner program - I think there is a mod for banners on cubecart.org
