Guest cupboard
About 2 weeks ago I all of a sudden could not log into my cubecart admin. It was weird, because I had just been on a few hours before. I contact my webhost (lypha) and received this response: Please be informed that for the security of the server. We have turned off the register globals. Please be informed that you can turn on the register global on for your domain by giving the following entry in your .htaccess file. php_flag register_globals on Please check it from your end. I told them I had no clue what that was, and why did it affect my log in? They "fixed" it. Then I was able to log in but got a huge list of error messages and could not view my sales. They then "fixed" that after several emails to them. Now when I click orders it says none. All my sales for the last 2 years are GONE. New orders coming in I receive emails for, but they do not show up under orders in my cubecart. It still says none even after 3 new orders came through. And when I click customers I get a long string of error messages. Anyone have any idea what happened or if my info is retrievable? I have about 1,200 items listed on my site, I do not relish the idea of having to start over
roban
Have you looked in your database to see if they're there?
