Longer version of VAL_PRODUCT NAME

In ShoppingCart.tpl there is mention of VAL_PRODUCT_NAME which seems to be a shortened version of the product name. I'd like to use the full product name there instead of it being shortened. Can anyone advise where I would make the required changes?
