Guest Posted December 7, 2006 Share Posted December 7, 2006 I have cubecart working without issue. Except one. I am using it for digital file download. I have tried using both paypal, and google pay ( plugin I bought ) and the payment part works fine. My issue is that no download email ( with the download link in the email ) is sent to the customer. If I go to orders and change the status to processing, then I have the option to send the email with the link on it etc.. and all works well. Guest Posted February 12, 2007 Share Posted February 12, 2007 If the gateway (payment) module is configured correctly, it should set the order to processing for you and send the appropriate e-mail.
