When I click on the URL it says page not found so I'm sure I'm supposed to do something to make it work. Also, I haven't enabled my shipping yet. Thank you for contacting us. Guest acharme Posted January 1, 2007 Share Posted January 1, 2007 I actually called them to activate my account, so I don't know about the email, but... all I had to do was put the zip code (mine) and user id/name (from USPS) in the store's admin/gateway along with one letter in the password (that came off the top of my head) and I was good to go Hope it gets you one step closer!
