Guest Shon Herron Posted May 29, 2007 Share Posted May 29, 2007 CC Version 3.0.14 PHP Version 4.4.4 Have Paypal Payments Pro, API cert, etc. I can take CCs over the phone with no issues. Customer checks out using the CC option (default) they put in their information and process the order, it just sits there. When I do it looks like "Step 5" hangs up, not sure what step 5 is but that is what is in the address line of the web. I look at the log file and see just about every CC order that didnt process correctly. Invalid at the top level of the document. Error processing resource: 'https://webftp.hostrocket.com/index.php'. Line 1, Posi... May 29 14:39:06 shon_api1.herronperformance.com [debug] DEBUG set Endpoint: https://api-aa.paypal. What does this mean and how do I fix it, this error is costing me orders if I am not able to contact customer via email or phone, the process should be alot smoother than this.
