Robsta
In Admin, General Settings > Directories and Folders. The HTTP Root Path entry, the askterisk indicates that it is stored in the global.inc.php. There is no longer a root path entry in the global.inc.php. Is that path therefore stored in the DB? Same applies to the HTTPS Root Path entry. Guest Brivtech
Yes, this caused me some problems with licensing when I was accessing admin from an aliased domain. I wrote a re-direct script to overcome this, where the URL would change over to the installed URL, rather than the aliased one (posted in the relevant bug). Robsta
The information is generated on the fly for those interested. Just tested a simple store move to a different folder, only needed to change two entries in the global.inc.php file and all updated and worked a treat.
