how to add the top banner

hey i am updateing to the newer version and haveing trouble with the banner. i can't seem to figure it out how to get the top banner to show. i have been reading all over in the forums on how this is done. i have tried the various ways people say to do it and it won't work for me. here are some places i have checked out. i don't get it. i have uploaded and overwritten my gif and jpg banner in the skins/killer and classic and legend/styleimages/background and nothing. i erased the jpg and gif of the cubecart pic and still nothing. what to do?

I don't know if your problem is that you are not renaming your image file exactly as it was originally in the cubecart coding or not, but it is case-sensitive so you might want to check on that. That was my problem when I was just now trying to add my logo to the page. For the killer skin (same one I'm using), your logo name should be exactly "topHeader.gif"

Notice that the "H" in the "Header" part of the file name is capitalized and the "gif" part is lower case.
