Guest prissanna
I have a customer who purchased an item from me. She's paid. She now wants to upgrade to express shipping. She used her credit card. I have PP set up. How can I bill her the difference without her having to use a PP account? She just wants me to charge it to her CC. Since I don't have access to her #, I can't do that. Any suggestions?

I wasn't quite sure whether she'd have to have a PP account or not if I sent her a PP invoice. I didn't want to confuse her.
