Guest DeathByPixels
Hi, I am using the trial version which I signed up for today. As I understand it, I have 14 days to try it out. I've just uploaded and installed the software but I got this message: License key error 5. Your license key has expired. A new license key is required which you may be able purchase from http://www.cubecart.com. I started my trial today, so I know my trial period isn't up. Why am I getting this error and how can I fix it? EDIT: I fixed the above error but now I've got this message: License key error 4. License key doesn't match key.php file. The value of $glob['license_key'] in includes/global.inc.php may be incorrect. Please visit http://www.cubecart.com for support. I've submitted a ticket to support but if anyone has any idea of how to fix this then please spill the beans. Thanks.

Guest hennaboy
Try deleting your key.php file located includes/extra and then go to your admin.php If it doesnt resolve the problem you will need to submit a support ticket
Guest Brivtech
Have you read the pinned post regarding license key errors at the top of this forum section????
Guest margo
I also have the problem of License Error 5 eventhough I have just installed the upgrade. I have followed the advice given in the summary of errors at the start of the forum. I also tried deleting the key file from the server. Nothing has worked. Does anyone else have suggestions on how to get rid of the error so one can log in?
Guest Brivtech
Unfortunately, it seems that you will have to submit a support ticket to sales to get them to sort it out first thing tomorrow morning. I am having this myself as well for an unresolved license issue - It was working, then suddenly broke!
Guest yourgamerscore
Yeah I'm not happy with v4 at all so far. Spent $200 and it seems like I bought a piece of rubbish. I've had license error 4, so I re-installed CubeCart thus losing everything I'd worked on and it was working. The following day I got license error 5, and after deleting the key.php file, I got license error 4 AGAIN. To say I'm not happy is an understatement.
