Import oddity:

I have some German and French accent characters in both name and description.

Import seems to have done well with the latter, but made "?" subsitutions in the former, which I manually corrected.

UPDATE: My spreadsheet has HTML for line feeds and special characters in the descriptions. The corrections I made in the names/titles have to be in the visible character, e.g., copied from store or chart, NOT HTML codes. Example: use

"
in the description (partly to keep spreadsheet from truncating) but " in the title. Similarly for
&
in description but & in title.

THIS HOSTILE POSTING EDITOR KEEPS CHANGING MY CHARACTER EXAMPLES, SO USE IMAGINATION TO DEDUCE WHAT I AM TRYING TO ILLUSTRATE.
..

IS SUPPOSED TO LEAVE MY INPUTS ALONE, BUT IS NOT DOING SO. :)
