Guest Posted October 6, 2007 Share Posted October 6, 2007 Is anyone having paypal issues? Since thursday at 5:00 am, I have been unable to process virtual terminal card charges. Get "Internal Error". I can authorize charges, but when I try to capture them or run them thru directly as sales I get "we are unable to process at this time" errors. According to their developers forums, they had intermittent problems until 10/5 at 8:47 am - but I STILL cannot run charges today. And today, their online merchant network forums is even down.
