ember Posted November 5, 2007 Share Posted November 5, 2007 I have successfully installed the SSL, and setup Authorize.net AIM as the gateway. It tested out, so we went live. A customer tried to order with American Express, but we don't accept them, so they got the message that their payment was denied. It shows in the Authorize.net account as denied. However, the order actually came through in the CubeCart admin section as approved, with Authorize AIM as the payment method. Any ideas on why, and how to fix? I'm on CubeCart vs. 3.0.15. Guest Posted November 7, 2007 Share Posted November 7, 2007 Cubecart doesn't have any status named "approved". Please be more specific when posting a request for help. If the order shows a "Pending" status, that means the payment failed and the customer does not have access to digital products and you should not ship anything out.
