Guest wealthy Posted February 7, 2008 Share Posted February 7, 2008 I am looking at buying one copy and maybe 2 copies of Ver 4 Cubecart. I have sent 2 support tickets and still no reply. Does there ticket system really work. I didnt even get comfirmation that I sent a ticket. ( Oh on the screen I did, but not by email.) I know better than that... all it said on the screen was the ticket has been submitted successfully... I would have thought a professional company would have answered a ticket within 24 hrs. Guest EverythingWeb Posted February 7, 2008 Share Posted February 7, 2008 As you're not an exsisting customer, you'd have to have submitted a Sales ticket, rather than Support as it shouldn't allow you to raise a Support ticket - if you have, then I fear that could be the problem, so re-submit to Sales. You should have recieved an email with the Ticket ID in, as without that, there's nothing we can do. If you would, please login to the Ticket system and grab the Ticket ID.
