Guest JodieR Posted March 22, 2008 Share Posted March 22, 2008 I believe my site CC site is using MYSQL 4 database (even though the combat test shows I'm using 5???) My hosting control panel says 4.... What do i do to convert it... upgrade my CC database to 5 so I can be sure (via my hosting account) that I'm using the most current database available. I've looked at and tried to do an export... but I have no idea what I'm doing and I don't know if I'm ticking the right boxes or not... I really don't trust myself to do it properly..... What boxes do I tick... can someone give me a very simple step by step (in painful detail) of how to do this? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted March 24, 2008 Share Posted March 24, 2008 I'm assuming you are using shared hosting which means you will have to contact your hosting company about that.
