Guest Sharpshot
Hi, I got PayPal Pro Uk set up, so I can take credits cards via my site and not PayPal. Do I need my own SSL to make the payment page secure? Also if that is a yes, how do I make certain pages secure. For example: Register Login Checkout The product pages don't need to be secure though. Here's an unrelated question... What does the Debug "Yes" "No" do? on the admin paypal checkout setup?
Ausy
Yes you need an SSL cert, best to get a dedicated one as they are cheap enough. Once your have all that in place you enter the SSL settings in Admin and the pages you mention will become secure. You can choose to have just the pages you mention or the whole store secure. Guest Sharpshot
Great, just need the stupid hosting company to install my certificate I bought 22 hours ago. I think they are taking a long time delibrately because I didn't buy from them, but another company. They told me it would take under an hour.
