grafis Posted May 8, 2008 Share Posted May 8, 2008 Our first two live orders have a strange issue, the order notification Email and the Admin/Orders page differ on shipping, quantity and comments. First order Quantity - Email shows 11, Admin/Orders shows 10 (yow!) Second order Shipping - Email shows 2nd Day Air, Admin/Orders shows Ground Comments - Email shows comments, Admin/Orders does not. grafis Posted May 28, 2008 Author Share Posted May 28, 2008 In testing we were able to replicate email notification and actual order differences - when in the orders final stages you are allowed to hit the back button and modify the quantity. We were able to reduce the order count and got an email record "11" when our final order as placed was only "10". Additionally we're havin issues with shipping charges being off for UPS.
