Guest Posted June 7, 2008 Share Posted June 7, 2008 For some unknown reason, after upgrading to 4.x no longer sends the store owner a copy of the order after completion as 3.x used to. Pending order placed Payment received And then when the order is marked completed in the admin i then get a email Order Complete Are you getting any emails at all? Pending order Payment received but he needs the full order details as he got in v3 v3 used to send a copy of the full order details just like it does to the user, but not any more with v4, and this admin needs that functionality back. Name, address, what they ordered etc. If you sell tangible products and order has one tangible products at least you have to change the order status in admin area manually to COMPLETED. If order has digital products only and payment is successful order status is to COMPLETED changed automatically. Only COMPLETED order status change produces FULL details email.
