Guest Afishcalledwanda
Below is copied TWO of the three I've now received email notifications on product reviews for my meek little shop. How can I prevent spammers from coming in and posting bogus reviews? I had this issue with the Coppermine Photo Gallery for a time and had to add a CAPTCHA and make sure my gallery is so private only logged in members can see it. I haven't even bothered to go look in the admin panel of the shop yet as I know what's in there regarding these and I've not made a sale yet. Obviously i've x'd out my admin panel addy. These stupid things don't even make any sense even for spam! Could this be someone fishing for vulnerabilities? All software is up to date. Guest Brivtech
Have you not turned the Captcha image on in CC?
Guest Afishcalledwanda
apparently not! I never even noticed it. Where is it? I might need to upgrade? I'm running version 4.2.2 I feel like I'm running on STUPID lately!

Guest Afishcalledwanda
Thanks a ton Steve~ You'd think that would be a bit more clear and use the word CAPTCHA in the description. It's sort of easily missed.
Guest VTDIZ
Try to use strong capthas. For example, user should click to some url and find the keyword.
