Email.inc.php problem

I have a problem with the Order Completed & Dispatched email. I tried changing it once in the email.inc.php file and after that it started sending out the emails with the order breakdown like this:

Order Inventory:Product: Test ProductOptions: Quantity: 1Product Code: 9033345Price: $0.10

It should look like this

Order Inventory:

Product: Test Product

Options:

Quantity: 1

Product Code: 9033345

Price: $0.10

No matter how i change the language file or even copy it from the original email.inc.php. It would not change. I want to change it back to how it should look. Any advice anyone? Please note: my store is heavily heavily modded.

I went to my database and this is what is looks like in the Cubecart_lang table for email.inc.php.

Although I never modified the email.inc.php file, my order confirmation emails have the Product and Options on one line. Quantity, Code, and Price are listed on their own lines.

The only modifications I made were to some of the text in the email copy (order_breakdown_1). I made the changes through the Languages interface in the Admin screen. What's interesting is that the Product and Options texts are listed separately (i.e. - order_breakdown_4 and order_breakdown_5), and there shouldn't have been anything I could have done to cause them to be listed on the same line.
