Guest Hops and Grapes Posted September 15, 2008 Share Posted September 15, 2008 In our store http://www.hopsandgrapesonline.com it is a common occurence for items not to be added to the basket after the first "add to basket" click. It happens to me in Firefox 2 and 3. My PHP coder has not been able to duplicate it in his browser though. Go to the site Click a red shopping cart to add a product IF the error occurs, the page will reload and the view basket button will flash as if an item was added, but no item has been added. I wonder if the issues are related? Basically some folks cannot ever add an item without it being removed when they click to checkout. Sorry only one version of the store and it's not up at the moment. When you go to http://www.hopsandgrapesonline.com and add something to your basket, the address changes to http://hopsandgrapesonline.com and nothing adds to basket. If you go straight to http://hopsandgrapesonline.com, it works fine first time. I had a similar problem with a store in a subfolder - www.domain.com/store/ - if you didn't have the trailing slash in some browsers, the same problem would occur. I had this same problem a few weeks back. I still had tech support from Cubecart and I contacted them about this problem. They had it fixed in short order and now its working great. I am not sure what they did but I do know its working now. I am using 4.2.2 Everytime I have had problems Cube Cart support has been excellent! Give them a try.
