The basket appears empty and when clicked on says it is empty. This problem is only encountered when internet secuurity settings are on high. Does anyone have a solution for fixing this? to see the problem turn your security settings to high and visit hotelbarequipment and try to add something to the cart. Please help!!! Ausy Posted November 13, 2008 Share Posted November 13, 2008 Its probably because the high internet security setting will not allow javascript which is what's required for it to work. I have had two people in the last week phone up about it to complain. There has to be some way of fixing it because it must be happening with every cubecart site in the world otherwise. Ausy Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 Just tell those customers, and you can also put a notice on your website that if they have high security settings on IE they should add your Stores URL to their trusted sites.
