Guest auxano
My client wants to customize the emails (reword them, really) that the store sends to their customers. I figured I should go into the Languages section of the admin and change things there. But I keep getting this type of error when I try: Call to undefined function: substr_compare() in /home/content/M/i/k/username/html/admin/sources/filemanager/language.inc.php on line 148. Does anyone know what might be causing the problem? Also, is there a better way to customize these emails? Thanks, Susan
Ausy
Best way is through admin, you need to fix the error if possible. What version of CC4 are you using?
Guest auxano
It's version 4.1.1.
Ausy
Try the following. In admin/sources/filemanager/language.inc.php find this line and comment it out or remove it, take a backup copy first. print_r(substr_compare($formCustom[$i]['flatvalue'], $formDefault[$i]['flatvalue'], 0));
Guest auxano
Thank you for the idea. I didn't realize I had another reply here, so to save time, I opened a support ticket. They fixed the bug for me. Thanks again!
