After creating product options - Sizes - S,M,L,XL and etc. The drop menu shows up to choose and go ahead with the checkout, but after someone makes the purchase and I go into orders, it doesnt show which size they chose. In orders at the bottom -Product Code Options - it shows those but in Options its just a Text Box where I can write in.... Please help!! tomoharu Posted December 27, 2008 Share Posted December 27, 2008 This may be a dumb question, but did you make sure to create the option, then the option values, then add the option to the product? I had a few oddities with my options on a couple products, but got them sorted in the end. You can always mess around with different things, shut the store with a message (in general admin settings), set "pay by cheque" payment method and create test orders to see if it works.
