OR is it possible to sort all orders made by just one customer (i.e. the admin signs up as a customer) for reporting. Ausy Posted February 18, 2009 Share Posted February 18, 2009 Can you explain process, do you want to add an order manually? If so, first you have to have the customer in your database, if not then use the add customer option. Then go to orders, add order, select the customer and complete the details. My client is using the site as both an online shopping cart and a inhouse POS system (its just him placing orders though). And he wants to break out in reports how many orders came in from his brick and morter store and how many were true online.
