Guest shug1965 Posted March 3, 2009 Share Posted March 3, 2009 When customers choose a county from the drop down list when creating their account - the list contains errors which causes Worldpay (and maybe other payment processors) to refuse payments even when rest of the address is correct. The list of UK counties provided contains "Dumbartonshire" which is not actually a county. There does exist a "West Dumbartonshire" and an "East Dumbartonshire" but since customers can only choose "Dumbartonshire" then Worldpay doesn't like it. It works OK if the County is left blank but not if it is wrong. Its not the only error - Perthshire should be Perth & Kinross - and there may well be more. I could easily have found the file myself with Windows XP, but Vista sucks so can someone tell me which file it is? Thanks. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

North Yorkshire - NYK West Yorkshire - WYK South Yorkshire - SYK East Riding of Yorkshire - ERY not Yorkshire (YOK) Least I think it should be split up that way - any corrections appreciated!
