Guest Sexy Sal Posted March 31, 2009 Share Posted March 31, 2009 I had to reinstall my CC3 Version3.0.14 and managed to retain my mods.My admin section is working perfectly, but whenever I create a category or a link and click on it, I get the following error: The webpage cannot be found HTTP 404 Most likely causes: There might be a typing error in the address. If you clicked on a link, it may be out of date. What you can try: Retype the address. Go back to the previous page. Go to and look for the information you want. More information This error (HTTP 404 Not Found) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but the page you wanted was not found. It's possible that the webpage is temporarily unavailable. Alternatively, the website might have changed or removed the webpage. For more information about HTTP errors, see Help. Ausy Posted April 1, 2009 Share Posted April 1, 2009 The path to you catagories looks wrong, it has shop.php in the middle like so http://www.buyingreloaded.com/shop.php/computers/c_2.html Check your includes/global.inc file and make sure the paths are set right. Hi, I checked the same and the path is correct. I have a file "shop.php" in my root directory and I have a feeling it has to do something with SEO mod which I have installed.
