Guest Posted April 1, 2009 Share Posted April 1, 2009 Hi Everyone, I've just tried to install CC v4.3.0 on my Media Temple grid server (cloud) hosting... I get the full way through the install process but as soon as I try and go to the newly installed store (including the admin pages) all I get is a white page with this "Fatal Error" message Fatal error: Unable to read 12782 bytes in /nfs/c04/h01/mnt/61136/domains/xxxx.co.uk/html/admin_enc_zend.php on line 0 Any ideas on how to solve this issue? I've tried reinstalling, deleting the "admin_enc_zend.php" and uploading it again, installing v4.2.3 (but that just had the same issue!) and a few other things... Any help gratefully received.
