Guest johnsimpson Posted September 4, 2009 Share Posted September 4, 2009 Hi All, I am experiencing an extremely strange problem here, We have a site which has been running for ages without any issues and then all of a sudden today we are experiencing login issues. We have had our client on the phone telling us that her customers cannot login to the website... I have tested and the same problem occurs for me... You are able to register on the website and it logs you in that way but if you logout and then try and log back in it wont let you. I am able to login to the admin panel without any problems.... I have not changed anything on the site at all and have checked the admin logs to ensure our client hasnt been fiddling, we are running Cubecart 4.3.0 with a custom Skin. Guest johnsimpson Posted September 8, 2009 Share Posted September 8, 2009 hi people, has anyone got any thoughts on this... the same customer re-registered over the weekend and was able to login fine, then a day later they came back to the system and they are experiencing the same issue, they are unable to login, they have requested forgotten password and still cannot gain access into the system.... any ideas what may be causing the issue or any suggestions on how I can fault find to locate the issue would be greatly appreciated regards John Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
