To do this click 'Rebuild & Recount' at the bottom of the CC admin menu, then hit 'Update' next to 'Update Image Database'. I've had an issue with new uploads not appearing in a new CC store (V4.3.4) so perhaps it's a bug in the new build... Hope this helps.
