Image Management in Admin - Can't Remove or Add images

Hello,

I'm using CubeCart 4 and when I upload an image it seems to upload fine, but the product doesn't update. The same goes for when I click the 'remove image' button. Anyone seen this problem before? I tried searching, but after 4 pages I could not find a solution.

Thoughts?
