V.4.4.1 Just had a customer contact us as they received an email from the site which they tried to read on their iPhone, instead of seeing the email they got a message telling them to contact the sender of the email as the message was incorrectly formatted. I have gone through the specs for the iPhone and as far as I can see it can receive html emails so I am at a loss. Anybody ever had this happen or know of a way to fix it?
