Thumbnail issue (directories causing the problem, I think)

Hello,

I just installed CubeCart and so far I love it.

I uploaded a few products to test everything out, got all the images uploaded and everything. It's important to note that my directory structure is like this:

PRODUCT_FAMILY/PRODUCT_CODE/COLOR.jpg

I don't just shove all the images in one directory (I'm just anal about it).

I generate the thumbnails, but in the thumbs directory there is no matching directory structure, just thumbs of the files. I assume that when two RED.jpgs are happened upon, CubeCart is simply overwriting one, or ignoring it. Either way, my thumbnails are off because of this. How can I fix it without changing my whole directory structure?
