hebcat Posted October 17, 2011 Share Posted October 17, 2011 I've just had this problem; in my case it was because I had uploaded all the pictures by FTP; as such they hadn't generated a thumbnail... As opposed to if you add a product through the admin & upload a photo, a thumbnail is automatically generated, and saved into the following folder: /images/uploads/thumbs. Hope this helps.
