Moved hosts and can't access ACP

Hey guys, I recently moved a client to new hosting and we can't get the shop to work.

Hosting worked on this for two days to no avail and me three. We're stumped.

This is the error that shows on hosting:

Fatal error: Unable to read 14093 bytes in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/aromacarenaturalproducts.com/admin_enc_zend.php on line 0

If anyone can please tell us what to do to fix this so we can get my client's shop open again I'd appreciate it. Right now the shop is closed and we can't access ACP.

She's using Cubecart 4.4.2

Could potentially be a lot of things I think, is the only problem. I'd check the following:

That your zend encoder is definitely working, on a new host, maybe it isn't set up right

That the website hasn't run out of either webspace or bandwidth. Doubtful if the host has checked as well, but I've seen similar errors pop up with this as the cause

Try reuploading that particular file, making sure it's done in binary on the file transfer, may well be the culprit

Those are all I can think of to try offhand
