slic535 Posted June 23, 2014 Share Posted June 23, 2014 I had a guy order from me today and his order went through but it seems the program made another order for him and it didn't charge him for it and there wasn't anything in the basket and no shipping was charged. I can delete it but I cannot change it to declined or cancelled. I have been getting orders every now and then and it will charge the customer shipping but it wont put the items on the invoice and when the people are charged only the shipping price shows. I am using 5.2.12. when I look in the history tab of the order it says order complete processing pending order complete processing pending order complete processing pending order complete processing pending pending the time on these is all the same. any ideas?
