isabel-julie2 Posted June 27, 2014 Share Posted June 27, 2014 I noticed today that that International Air option does not appear in the customers choices as a shipping method. This is a very important choice to offer. I checked around and noticed that PostCanada reply assigns the number 3000 to International air (see attached XML File) In the language file, I can see that the International Air is assigned the number 3020. (see attached jpg) For all other services, the numbers are matching perfectly and they work perfectly. Any help would be appreciated on how to offer that service. Thank you. magi Posted July 2, 2014 Share Posted July 2, 2014 I just read that post and realized that I have the same problem. International AIr does not appear. Also I noticed that even if I have a customized French Language file for Canada Post, the English one is picked when the language of the cart is set to French. magi Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
