Guest Posted March 6, 2005 Share Posted March 6, 2005 Is this theme got any extra modifications or is there something i am missing i just did a quick test on a not live cube cart and it didnt work to well. The link where it is at is http://www.buylcd.info/cube I might be missing something but i uploaded all the files, but there is something called ecard_box.php which i dont have <edit>Ahh it would appear it was my fault again i didnt relaise that changing the style settings in the admin panel was required and i just though it changed the colours in the admin panel. Guest Posted March 6, 2005 Share Posted March 6, 2005 I do really like this theme but i am having no end of trouble trying to get it to work properly, it keeps either giving errors which i have figure out to fix most all of them but then it doesnt use all the graphics it is suppose to eg around the top of the info boxes. This is the design I am currently using on one of my test sites, and it has some additional mods added to it there. I had not completely removed them before offering this package. Guest Posted March 6, 2005 Share Posted March 6, 2005 Thank-you twisted it works much better until i attempt to change some widths, i know how to change the widths just havent got any idea how to make them work without stuffing up the borders for the main info box in the middle. I think i am just going to have to use the default, as i dont have the skills to get this working. Maybe if you could message me twisted with the costs to do a customised theme. I installed your graphic pack awhile back and have had no issues with it. Now I need to do some moving around. What I need to do is move my home page of http://www.prioritycomputers.net/ to http://prioritycomputers.net/CubeCart/ Confused yet? When I installed Cube Cart, I put it on my products page not my home page. So my index page of my domain is not cube cart but something else. I need to move that to cube cart now cause we are getting ready to move away from a hosting company and host ourselves. In order to do that I have to get the index OFF that template and the graphics pack you designed is perfect to use. But that means I have to get my home page switched to Cube Cart and I CAN'T REMEMBER how I did it!!!!! HELP!!! Please! Pretty Please! I can't remember which files I need to edit that make up the *index page* of my home page. I know one of them is the header inc.php but that is the only one I know I've found. If you are changing the style hex values, and they are not saving, then you have some other issue with the page that is causing changes to not be saved. southernlady...what you need to do is this......and in this order: Go into your stores admin, and in Settings-->General, change the url for the store in the settings from prioritycomputers.net/CubeCart, to prioritycomputers.net. This will update the new location for the database. After this point, you will not be able to access your site until you do the next step. [if you do the next step first, you also won;t be able to access your site without a manual change to the database...this way is just easier. Next, using an ftp program, move ALL of the files from the /CubeCart/ folder where they are ucrrently located, to the root directory [the public_html folder]. You shouldn;t need to do anything else. That should do it for you. Before you do ANYTHING, I would strongly suggest making a backup of the site. Database, all folders and files,...everything. let me know how you get on. I can get there but it's not there. It went POOF! I get a 404 error. So it looks like I have to start over. I was looking at your other graphics pack anyway so I may do it. Thanks, for trying.
