Guest ikristen
I'm just in the midst of setting up cubecart, and have it successfully uploaded and installed on my website. I'm getting ahead a bit, but can anyone tell me if it's possible to have customers login and only see the price range you have chosen for them? ie, preferred and regular customers, or wholesale and retail prices? We have different price lists for our high and low volume customers, so it will be essential for this to be possible. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks! Guest ikristen
I still can't see a way to make this possible... anyone tried it?
Guest ikristen
It seems like a simple enough question, yet I can't find an answer anywhere or from anyone. I've tried posting here, tried talking to people that have used cubecart, and even emailed directly to cubecart but not so much as a "no" you can't do that, or "yes" you can. I'd hesitate to buy a product with poor support. I'll stop replying to my own post now... *bump*.
Guest
There is a mod for this for v2, however currently not one for v3.
Guest
the problem is v3 is still in beta testing and should not be used in a live store so at the moment most of us are testing the store for brooky in dev areas on our servers and reporting bugs to help speed up the final release of v3 which will be stable. My advice to you would be to stick with it work on your design and layout as soon as the final release is done im sure the mods will start flying in.We are a very helpful lot in here as you can see by the posts in the forums and the total of members we have. Its only as this is a very sensitive stage in development for brooky that its all hands on deck 10,000 set of eyes better than 2 when it comes to cleaning up bugs. Guest ikristen
Thx for the replies, and replying to my email. Sorry if I sounded impatient too, been under a lot of pressure lately.
Guest
Just verifying that this means what I think it means..... I'm working with a friend of mine who needs to have separate pricing for wholesale customers on a per-item basis. Each item needs to have both retail prices and separate wholesale prices (and maybe even varying levels of wholesale prices). I'm gathering that this in not currently possible with CC3, although it may be possible with CC2 and an additional mod. Am I right in thinking this? Thanks. - Alan
Guest simoncox
I am right in the queue for this feature! There apparently is a mod for CC2 but I emailed the developer and he is not porting it to CC3. If more of us who raise our hands for this feature then the quicker we will get it, after the stable CC3 launch of course!

Guest Noveltytoyshop
I would be happy for this too But then I would like to know how to import all of one cart to another and then I could just run 2 URLS one Wholesale the other for Retail
Guest EvilTwin1
I too, would love to see this mod!! I am helping with a web site, which requires this exact dual feature. What I would like to see, is a feature to allow one set of customers to view retail prices, while another set of customers (authorised by me), can view the wholesale prices. Thus eliminating the need for 2 URL's. Just wishing along with others! I would like to have have known, before I downloaded, that version 3 was BETA, as I would have gotten version 2 instead. Guest
Version 3 has been out of beta for a while now. The posts above were from last year. And there are at least a couple of mods available for version 3 that give the option to provide wholesale prices, just check www.cubecart.org for them.
