Guest jaycarney Posted July 27, 2005 Share Posted July 27, 2005 For some reason, when someone buys a song from me, the email is not being sent out once they pay through paypal. I get the IPN notification in my email but the customer does not recieve anything. I send an email to the customer and click the status to complete. Do I have to manually process the orders each time an order is placed for my songs? website | Carney Productions I am also having a problem...I test out someones link for whom it worked and all the link does is make me download download.php. he and i are both on macs...What can i do to fix this? Guest jaycarney Posted July 27, 2005 Share Posted July 27, 2005 this is in version 3. when my friend who has a pc goes to the link he gets an error message now on the download page stating that the root directory cannot be found in /public_html/store which is obvious because the song is not in that directory. am having like tons of problems now. any suggestions?
